Return & Refund Policy

Since our products are custom-printed upon order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind).

[Damages and Issues]
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us resolve this quickly, please contact us at info@coolkanjistudio.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the defective/damaged item

Once we evaluate the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

[European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period]
Please note that as our products are "made to order" (custom-printed), they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period in the EU. However, our 30-day guarantee for damaged or defective items still applies to all customers worldwide.

[Refunds]
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

当ショップの商品はご注文ごとに作成する受注生産のため、商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、お客様都合（サイズ間違い、色間違い、注文ミスなど）による返品・交換は承っておりません。万が一、届いた商品に不備や破損があった場合は、お手数ですが商品の写真を添えて info@coolkanjistudio.com までご連絡ください。
